"Sage" Enjoying The Beach At Georgetown, SC
Today's picture features Sage (one of our "grandchildren") enjoying a
leisurely stroll along the beach in beautiful Georgetown, SC.
He weighs in at 90+ pounds, making him a rather imposing figure. But don't let
his size fool you - he's really just a big softie, one of the best dogs I have
ever had the privilege of being around.
As you can tell by the photo, Sage enjoys being at the beach. This one is in
Georgetown, SC, a scenic and historic coastal area featuring Litchfield Beach, Pawleys Island and Garden
City. These beaches offer vacationers miles of powdery white sand and endless fun in the sun.
As part of nearby Myrtle Beach's Grand Strand, Georgetown boasts some of the
country's finest golf courses. There are so many world-class golf courses here
that you could spend an entire vacation golfing along the Grand Strand and never
play two rounds on the same course.
Huntington Beach State Park offers visitors the opportunity to check out freshwater lagoons, salt marshes and maritime forests. A natural habitat for numerous species of wildlife, the park is recognized as one of the best birding locations along the entire U.S. east coast.
Fun and sun in the Georgetown, SC area awaits everyone in the family, regardless
of their individual interests. Come on down and enjoy a few days of warmth,
beauty and relaxation. Who knows, you might even run into Sage!
