Are you trying to come up with ways to use social media marketing to your benefit but having a difficult time finding the right words. These Pay Per Click Tips can help you in a big way when it comes to writing your PPC ads for your social media campaigns.
The one problem many people have when it comes to writing ads is they are too wordy and this is too boring to read for the average consumer. Therefore keep the following tips in mind when you begin writing PPC ads:
- Language should be catchy and easy to grasp
- Use language that stirs emotion – this is what will catch attention
- The keyword should be the focal point of the ad
- End the ad with a call to action making it clear what the reader needs to do
- Watch the use of lingo or abbreviations – never assume everyone knows specific abbreviation
Social media marketing and the PPC ads have become an all important way to get the word out about your product, but remember you need to show how you can satisfy a need or desire of the customer. Keep in mind that your target customer is not stupid and will not waste his or her time if you cannot quickly convince your audience why they need your product and diffuse any risk they may be taking. If your ad can do both of these, you are sure to have a winner.
Of course, one of the the main aspects that your ad needs to convey is that you and your product or service is credible. If you can’t gain the trust of the customer’s trust quickly, you will have lost your opportunity forever because once someone views your company as risky, they won’t give you a second chance.
Your ad cannot just state how great you are and how much your product is of value without giving the customer a call to action. This means including a way to be contacted and encouraging the chance to prove to him or her why you are truly the best. You must realize there is a fine line to a call to action and being too pushy or demanding.
Remember, the customer does not ‘have’ go to your website and certainly does not have to buy anything that you’re selling. A compelling reason given at the end of the ad will go further than a demand such as, “Go to this and this website right now and buy” since this comes across as bossy and unappealing.
Sometimes there are hot keywords that are so broad that you will be getting traffic that may not be in your target audience, but this should not scare you. For one thing, even if you have those visitors that are not your main target in your niche it does not mean they will not buy. Perhaps they know someone that could benefit from the product or service and they purchase it for someone else. Never fear appealing to the masses because you may just gain new customers by doing so.
