Ingredients:
Servings: Serves 4 to 6 people
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
(optional)
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
(optional)
6 8 ounce Catfish fillets
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted |
Directions:
Stir together first five ingredients, and if desired, include the parsley and oregano.
Dip the catfish in butter and dredge in bread crumb mixture.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork.
