Ingredients:
Yield: 4 -6 Servings
1 pound beef liver
1 T water
2 T soy sauce
6 T oil, lard or chicken fat
1 T Sherry
12 green onions, sliced thin
1/2 t sugar
1 T cornstarch
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper |
Directions:
Cut the beef liver into narrow strips and toss it with cornstarch, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, and water.
Let stand 20 min.
Heat fat in a skillet. Sauté the beef liver for 3 minutes,
stirring frequently.
Stir in the green onions and cook over a low heat for 3 more minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
