Ingredients:
Servings: Serves 2 - 3 people
3 oz shark, ahi, swordfish, or mahi
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 TBS lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cajun or spicy seasoning
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup "fat free" tartar sauce
1 TBS "fat free" ranch dressing
OR
1 tsp dried ranch dressing mix
1 cup low-fat or fat free cheese
soft taco shells
salsa

Directions:
Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add 1 tsp. butter and lightly coat the pan.
Sauté the fish and onions.
Add lime or lemon juice, seasoning, and pepper almost immediately.
Sauté the fish for 10-15 minutes until flaky and white in color.
Combine the tartar sauce and ranch dressing in a separate dish.
Prepare the tacos with fish, cabbage, cheese, sauce, and salsa.
