Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup onion
1 T margarine
1 lb. Velveeta process cheese
spread, cubed
few drops hot pepper sauce
1 (10-oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli,
thawed and drained

Directions:
Cook and stir the celery, red pepper, and onions in margarine in a skillet at medium-high heat, until tender.
Reduce the heat to low, then add the Velveeta cheese and the hot pepper sauce.
Heat thoroughly while stirring constantly.
Serve hot with a vegetable dipper and crackers.
