Ingredients:
1/2 cups fresh orange juice
3 TBS ketchup
2 TBS molasses
2 TBS honey
2 TBS ginger, minced
2 TBS garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried sage, crumbled
6 chicken breasts, skinless,
boneless
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Make marinade by combining all ingredients except the chicken.
Pour the marinade over the chicken, then let rest, covered, at room temperature for 1/2 hour or refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the chicken and marinade in a shallow pan and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through, basting often with the pan juices.
Remove the chicken to a plate and keep it warm.
Pour the pan juices in a pan, bring to a boil, and reduce until thickened. Serve with the chicken.
