Ingredients:
3 pounds beef roast
Pepper to taste
2 cloves minced garlic
3 T. balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard |
Directions:
Rub pepper and garlic in roast. Combine rest of ingredients in a crockpot. Stir. Put roast in and flip once to coat it with the liquid. Cover crockpot. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
When finished cooking, add enough water to 3-4 tablespoons of cornstarch to make a gravy consistency.
Then pour the cornstarch mixture into the crockpot liquid to make a gravy. Finally, put in a serving dish and dinner is done.
