Amy Sitting On Top Of The World
Today we have a pair of pictures that show
Amy
sitting on top of the world. Well, actually she's free-falling after having
jumped out of a perfectly good airplane. Skydiving is pretty much a weekly
activity for Amy and Gene,
and on most weekends you'll probably find them located somewhere between heaven and
Chester, South Carolina enjoying a most spectacular view!
Amy isn't exactly the type of person that I had always envisioned jumping from
an airplane. She's a beautiful, highly-intelligent young lady with a college
degree, a fantastic career and the ability to succeed at anything she decides to
try, but she is also very quiet and down-to-earth. She is absolutely nothing
like any of the daredevils I have known in the past. But today's picture
offers proof - in living color - that she is indeed quite the daredevil!
Cheria and I worry about Amy and Gene when they're in Chester carrying out their
aerial exploits, but they enjoy it very much and they're quite skilled at it. In
fact, Gene makes a good living doing it. In all likelihood, you'll never catch
Cheria or me jumping out of a perfectly good airplane, but for our two "nuts"
it's simply a way of life.
