Quitting smoking is one of the best decisions you'll ever make, but it certainly

If you have read the "quit smoking" tips in part 2 and you're still
having trouble quitting, don't give up! Just start all over beginning with part
1. You owe it to yourself and to those who love you and depend on you to succeed
in your plan to quit smoking.
You might also wish to consider using one of the now common "stop
smoking" aids such as the patch or gum (several brands are available, just
ask your doctor for a recommendation).
